Inspected by our London team and refunded directly to your payment method within 48 hours.

Atelier Production Policy

In accordance with our bespoke craftsmanship standards: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled during active cutting and tailoring. Refund and return applications can only be processed after order completion and delivery. Applications submitted below reach our Admin Concierge Dashboard directly as official inquiries.

What is the return window for Jeffery Green garments?

You have 15 days from the date your package arrives to initiate a return or exchange. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Are return shipping labels prepaid?

Yes! For all UK and European Union orders, return shipping is 100% complimentary via prepaid DHL Express labels. International returns outside the EU are provided with discounted return freight.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your returned parcel reaches Jeffery Green London, our quality team inspects the garment within 24 hours. Your refund is issued immediately to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Apple Pay).

Can I exchange a piece for a different size or color?

Absolutely. Simply select 'Complimentary Size Exchange' in the portal above or contact our concierge team. We will hold the desired replacement size for you and dispatch it free of charge as soon as your return is scanned in transit.
